The Liquid Metronics Model Numbering System uses letters and numbers to specify a particular pump by its two major components:

1)  Drive Assembly
2)  Liquid End
NEW!!!  AA Series Pump
 
 

LMI's third generation of Liquid Ends introduced a valve cartridge, which improved ball movement and seating, as well as priming and holding prime.  This generation included the 300 Series with molded heads, and later the 400 Series with machined heads.
