pH & ORP CONTROLLERS & FLOW SWITCH
LMI pH Controller - DP5000

DP5000 pH Controller

The DP5000 pH Controller is designed for a variety of industrial pH applications including water treatment, metal finishing, PCB manufacturing and waste treatment. It provides on/off or proportional (pulse) control of metering pumps for addition of acid or base. Level and flow inputs and alarm outputs are standard. An advanced menu includes special features such as the solenoid dump valve control for batch treatment and a “Point 3” (inflection point) adjustment for fine tuning the control profiles of the metering pumps. 4-20mA output is optional.

LMI ORP Controller - DR5000

DR5000 ORP Controller

The DR5000 ORP Controller is very similar to the DP5000 described above, however, it is designed to control LMI Metering Pumps for the addition of oxidizing and reducing agents. It shares the same features and options as the DP5000 and is often used in water and wastewater treatment, fruit processing and metal finishing.

LMI Flow Switch Controller - FS5000

FS5000 Flow Switch Controller

The FS5000 Flow Switch Controller is designed for use in applications that require flow/no-flow control of metering pumps and other devices. It includes a flow switch and three (3) 115V receptacles that are powered with flow and one (1) 115V service receptacle. Power indicator light, flow indicator light and test switch are included.
