Some Tips About Chlorination Application Page


  1. Detailed mechanical and electrical drawings showing the equipment dimensions, size, locations of connections, and weights of associated equipment.
  2. Power and control wiring diagrams, including terminals and numbers.
  3. Complete motor nameplate data, as defined by NEMA, motor manufacturer, and including any motor modifications.
  4. Factory finish system. 
  1. Quality Control Submittals
  1. Factory Functional Test Reports and Log.
  2. Special shipping, storage and protection, and handling instructions.
  3. Manufacturer’s printed installation instructions.
  4. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Proper Installation.
  5. Suggested spare parts list to maintain the equipment in service for a period of 5 years. Include a list of special tools required for checking, testing, parts replacement, and maintenance with current price information.
  6. List special tools, materials, and supplies furnished with equipment for use prior to and during startup and for future maintenance.
  7. Operation and maintenance manual.

1.5    EXTRA MATERIALS

  1. Furnish for each set of like pumps:
  1. [ C: One complete pump, drive motor, and gear box] .
  2. [ D: One variable speed drive controller] .
  3. [ E: One diaphragm back pressure control valve] .
  4. [ F: One printed circuit board of each type] .
  5. One complete set of any special tools required to dismantle pump.
