  1. Slip the injection check valve and cap assembly into the top of the cylinder.  If necessary, add more mineral oil so that the tip of the injection check valve is submerged into the oil.

Next, start the pump.  Typically, start with the pump stroke length at 20 % and the speed at 80 %.  Adjust one or both until you have an even flow of the water beads, once the pump is primed.  (Note:  It may be necessary to loosen the discharge cap assembly to help the pump prime.)  It would be a good ideas to set this demonstration up ahead of time and practice.  Then your show will be perfect!
